Good as Wyndham’s book is and to be clear, I found the book to be almost compulsively readable and The story is told from the viewpoint of Matthew’s Father, who has the dual role of trying to listen to and understand Matthews accounts of “Chocky” while placating his not-so-keen wife.

This series is the one that started my obsession with comic books. One liners he’s giving ’em. View all 32 comments. Twelve-year-old Matthew seems to have a new friend, but not of the corporeal sort.
