If you are looking to get in great physical shape, although the book is good, her Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam and Chalene Extreme programs are much better! Thanks for making this happen all the time for people all around the world! She loses some credibility in my opinion for that I bought this book because Chalene Johnson is one of my biggest inspirations. I think becoming a NYT best selling author should be more organic and if you have to engineer the whole thing yourself, then can you really call yourself that?
